How do I know if my file is good enough for printing?

The quality of the print depends only on the quality of the file.

We recommend files of the same size as the print and with a resolution of 300 ppp. For example, if you want to print an image in 25x25cm on a tote bag, you will ideally have to provide us with the image in 25x25cm minimum.

If the quality of the file provided is not suitable, we will refund your order or contact you.

In what format do I have to provide the file?

The file must be provided in JPG, PDF or PNG format. For prints on bags or color accessories, it is best to provide a PNG file with transparent background.

Is there a weight limitation for the file to be provided?

You can't load a file heavier than 2 MB.

My file is too heavy, I can not load it to order. How to do ?

If your file is too heavy and you don't have the necessary software to reduce its weight, send us an email :)

Do I have the right to print anything I want ?

No, be careful! We refuse orders with files that are not free of rights. No logo of brands, images or photos "scratched" ...

There is a white background behind the text, logo, or image that I want to print. Will it be printed ?

If you want to order a natural color product, the white background will not print so don't worry!

If you want to order a color product, the file must be in PNG with a transparent background. Consult the section dedicated to the file under this FAQ.

I don't know how to create my file, what can I do ?

If you have no graphic knowledge, we invite you to use software such as Word or Powerpoint, then export your file in PDF.

The file formats we accept :

Your file - Mon-Totebag - Custom tote bag

Our digital printing technique allows us to print all types of files: photo, logo, text, drawing ... and all without any color limit and no technical fees !

From a technical point of view, we advise you to create your files : CMYK Color / 300 DPI resolution / Vectorized fonts.

Each file is checked by our printer during the first printing.

The print quality depends on the quality of your file.

Printing on light textile

To the touch, there is no over-thickness or plastic appearance, what you can have on a flocking, or a silkscreen. The only constraint is a slightly less brilliant color rendering than other techniques. We therefore advise you to increase your contrasts to compensate for this constraint.

This technique can be used on a colored bag with a print in black or darker than the color of the bag.

When printing on a light textile, no white will be printed.

Printing on dark or color textile

On dark or color textile, we have to put a pre-treatment. Then we print one or two white's layers and then, a color's layer. The colors will be brighter than on a clear print but the price will be higher...

For printing on dark or color textile, please provide 300 dpi PNG file with a transparent background.
